Chef Cindy Abraham
Chef Cindy Abraham is a New Orleans native and specializes in Cajun and Creole cuisine. She was trained in the San Francisco Bay Area and worked for many years with noted Italian chef Biba Caggiano.
Since returning to Louisiana, Cindy has worked in many well-known restaurants including Andrea's, Kid Shelleen's and the House of Blues. Before coming to La Maison Magnolia, Cindy worked as party chef for Partysist,Inc. , New Orleans' premier convention caterer.
As an expert on local food and entertaining she also teaches cooking classes for Delgado College and the Jefferson Parish Recreation Department.
Cindy lives in LaPlace with her husband , Mark and daughter Rachel. She is eager to help bring your "dream wedding" to reality at La Maison Magnolia.
